Founded in 1997, TPF Association Inc. is a California-incorporated nonprofit mutual benefit corporation dedicated to promoting the international carriage of goods through a curated network of independent freight forwarders.
TPF was created to level the playing field for independent freight forwarders β giving them access to a trusted global network that allows them to compete with the multinationals while retaining the agility and personal service that define their businesses.

Share freight profits and honour all agency profit-sharing agreements.

TPF is governed by a Board of Directors elected by the General Assembly of full members. The board meets quarterly and is accountable to the membership for all decisions. All members have voting rights and can serve on the board.
